At first we processed our poultry in our small farm slaughterhouse.

We quickly reached our capacity limit. In Staad we were able to buy a suitable business for us. We have started to convert an existing building into a modern poultry slaughterhouse. In 2011, we were able to put the automatic slaughter line into operation. In 2015, additional packaging and processing rooms were added.

In 2016, we acquired a processing line for chicken.

When implementing the system, we tried to be as flexible as possible. For example, we have a Bayle slaughter equipment, the Pojol duck and geese plucking plant, and an automatic processing line from Drobtech. We are able to process poultry from quail to spring chickens, chickens, boilers, guinea fowls, ducks and geese, to medium-sized turkeys. In addition to wet plucking, we also have the option of dry-plucking small quantities.
Our operational veterinarian Dr. Med. Vet. Stephan Willi ensures that the animals have a clean bill of health, as well as the ante-mortem inspection. The strict hygiene concept is continuously optimized and adapted to the new challenges. The farm is comparatively small, but nevertheless complies with the latest standard EU guidelines of the large processing plants. By means of a self-developed database solution, we have a continuous solution from the hatching of the chick to the finished package. Individual customers can order directly in our system.
