Our farmer families, all in Culinarium operation, are no more than 50 minutes away from our processing facility. Regionality and short transports are important to us. For them, a small poultry breeding facility is an additional merit to the classical agriculture. We are very proud of our producers, who invest a lot of passion despite the small herds. For our special poultry, the ducks, geese and the Gourmet-Turkey, as well as for the mobile stalls, we had to develop the necessary know-how together with them. Every day we try to achieve the best possible added value for ourselves and for our farmers. The cooperation is based on 100% trust. Together we are a committed and flexible team with the same goals.
